Purpose

This statement describes how CMA Fitness Coach Suite addresses privacy expectations for users in the United Kingdom and explains how personal information is handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Information We Collect

Information you enter such as profile details, fitness records, nutrition logs, exercise history, progress data, settings and exported reports.

How Information Is Used

Data is used only to provide application functionality and is not automatically transmitted to CMA Solutions.

UK Privacy Rights

Where applicable, users may request access to, correction of, export of or deletion of their personal information stored by the application. Because data is stored locally, these actions can normally be performed directly within the software.

Children's Privacy

The software is not intended for children without appropriate parental or guardian supervision.

Data Security

Users are responsible for protecting their own computers, backups and exported files. CMA Solutions recommends appropriate passwords and regular backups.

International Transfers

The application does not routinely transfer personal information outside the United Kingdom or to CMA Solutions. Any exported information is shared only by the user.
