Using CMA

CMA Fitness Coach Suite provides Training, Nutrition, Progress and measurement recording, management and supported package exchange. Personal editions are for an individual's records; Trainer provides client-management functions. Use the application only in accordance with these conditions, the relevant notice, the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Licensing and authorisation

Trainer use is subject to the applicable licence and activation arrangements. Personal use is subject to its supported Trainer authorisation and any applicable initial-use arrangements. Do not copy another installation's credentials, circumvent licence checks or assume that an exported file authorises an unrelated installation. These terms do not change an existing licence entitlement or the application's authorisation periods.

Professional recommendations and independent choices

A Trainer is responsible for the professional recommendations and Training or Nutrition programmes they prescribe or change, assessing suitability and working within their competence. Personal users are responsible for their independent exercise choices and programmes they create or modify. A Trainer is not automatically responsible for every injury involving a person who uses CMA. Read the relevant Health & Training Notice or Trainer Responsibilities & Data Protection Notice.

Safety and non-medical purpose

CMA does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or clearance to exercise. Seek qualified professional advice where necessary, follow appropriate exercise guidance, and keep medical screening and clinical records separately. Do not put medical or health information in Notes fields. Do not use CMA as a substitute for emergency assistance or qualified medical or dietary advice.

Information and packages

Check information you enter, import or share, including recipients and relationship details. You are responsible for having an appropriate basis and authority to handle another person's information. Protect devices, credentials, keys, backups and package files, and use supported exchange controls. Initial shared-key enrolment protection differs from routine recipient-specific encrypted packages. Opening a sharing window or preparing a package is not proof of delivery.

Appropriate use

Do not misuse CMA to obtain unauthorised access to another person's records, impersonate a Trainer or client, interfere with security controls or distribute malicious or misleading packages. Do not present CMA as providing medical certification or guaranteed results. Nothing here restricts rights that the law does not allow to be restricted.

Availability and support

CMA cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or particular fitness, health or nutritional results. Keep appropriate backups and use care when upgrading, exchanging files or replacing a device. Supported platforms and service availability may change. Internet access is needed for online features, website documents and relevant distribution services, while normal local record management is designed to operate offline after required acknowledgement. Contact CMA Solutions using the website support/contact arrangements for software enquiries.

Intellectual property

CMA branding, software and website material are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Use is subject to applicable licences and permissions. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences and notices; these conditions do not remove rights granted under those licences or mandatory law.

Responsibility and liability

CMA Solutions is not responsible merely because an injury occurs during an exercise that has been recorded, displayed or exchanged using the application. Responsibility for any injury depends on the individual circumstances, including the actions of the person exercising and any Personal Trainer involved.

Nothing in this notice excludes or restricts any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

CMA Solutions remains responsible for its own applicable obligations as software publisher. Statutory consumer rights, remedies and non-excludable liabilities are preserved. These terms do not impose responsibility for every injury on a Trainer or client merely because they use the software.

Documents and contact

The relevant notice, Privacy Policy and these Terms of Use are available without a CMA account through the website. Acknowledgement records that information has been made available and the stated conditions have been accepted; it is not universal GDPR consent. Contact CMA Solutions through the existing website Contact page about these terms.
