CMA Fitness Coach Personal is a fitness management and record-keeping application provided by CMA Solutions. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Personal edition of CMA Fitness Coach on Windows or Android.

2. Information handled by the application

CMA Fitness Coach Personal allows you to enter, import, maintain and view information relating to your fitness activities and personal fitness records. Depending on how you use the application, this may include:

• profile information and fitness goals;
• training plans, exercise records and workout history;
• nutrition plans, food and meal information;
• body measurements and progress information;
• application settings;
• Trainer-provided training and nutrition information imported through supported CMA packages; and
• information included in supported CMA packages that you choose to export.

Some of this information may be considered personal, fitness or health-related information.

3. How information is used

Information stored in CMA Fitness Coach Personal is used to provide the application's fitness planning, nutrition, training, progress-tracking, package import/export and related record-keeping functionality.

CMA Solutions does not use the fitness, nutrition, training or progress information you enter into the application for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. Local and offline-first storage

CMA Fitness Coach Personal is designed as an offline-first application. Personal fitness, nutrition, training, progress and related application data is stored locally on your device as part of the application's local data storage.

CMA Solutions does not automatically receive, upload or remotely store the personal fitness, nutrition, training or progress records that you enter into the application.

5. Importing, exporting and sharing data

CMA Fitness Coach Personal supports user-initiated import and export of supported CMA data packages. These operations occur only when you choose to perform them.

On Android, where the application uses the system document picker, access is limited to files or locations you select for the requested import or export operation. The application is not designed to scan unrelated personal files on your device.

You are responsible for deciding when, where and with whom an exported CMA package is shared. CMA Solutions does not sell your personal information.

6. Internet access and third-party platform services

CMA Fitness Coach Personal does not require a continuous Internet connection for its normal day-to-day fitness, nutrition, training and progress-recording functionality.

Operating-system and application-distribution services, including Google Play and Microsoft Store, may independently process device, account, diagnostic, purchase or installation information when you download, install, update or manage the application. That processing is controlled by the relevant platform provider and is governed by its own privacy terms.

7. Data retention and deletion

Locally stored CMA Fitness Coach Personal information remains on your device until you delete it using available application or device-management functionality, restore or replace application data, uninstall the application where the operating system removes its data, or otherwise remove the information yourself.

Because CMA Solutions does not maintain a remote user account containing your locally stored CMA fitness records, CMA Solutions cannot remotely access or delete those local records on your behalf.

You should maintain appropriate backups of information you wish to retain.

8. Security

CMA Fitness Coach Personal is designed to keep its normal application data local to your device and to use supported platform and application security controls for its data and package operations.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security for your device, exported files and backups, including suitable device access controls and current operating-system security updates.

9. Children's privacy

CMA Fitness Coach Personal is not specifically directed at children. If it is used by a person who has not reached the age at which they may independently consent to the handling of personal information in their jurisdiction, use should be appropriately authorised and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
